BACKGROUND:
Mr. Calabrese has been building and designing software systems for over 14 years varying in levels
of complexity from small e-commerce sites to larger sized heterogeneous systems
that span multiple domains and levels of integration, with experience in both web
and desktop applications. His expertise includes but is not limited to the following areas:
Application architecture / design, software engineering, UI Design, requirements analysis,
team leadership, database design / TSQL performance, web performance engineering,
code architecture, agile processes and methods, mentoring junior staff and interacting
with all levels of stakeholders.

Mr. Calabrese works closely with clients, strengthening the relationship through hard work
ethics and trust building by staying focused on their needs, maintain current
knowledge of trending software languages and incorporating them when it makes sense
for the project, apply best practices of software security, managed an IT department
and infrastructure, worked on large teams and lead a small focused group of
software engineers for a high profile project.

His strengths include strong analytic approaches to problem solving, unending curiosity
to learn new ideas, techniques and languages, lifelong learner (Coursera, Udacity,
Udemy and eDx), an optimistic calm outlook to any problem and integrity.
